Joey's Garage started in March of 2020 when the world suddenly was on pause, and everyone stayed at home. CrossFit Lifted wasn't just going to stop working out because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Joey's instructions were made loud and clear -- create a 'strong' and 'simplistic' logo that looks like it went through some shit. That's how Joey's Garage was born. Its sole purpose to keep their CrossFit community strong with COVID-19 creating utter chaos.
